Job summary

Federated Insurance is seeking a Federated Client Service Representative to manage client relationships and deliver friendly, professional service on every contact.

You’ll support a high-volume office, coordinate with sales agents and internal partners, and stay organized with multiple systems while adapting to changing timelines.

Qualifications

• Active OTL license

When our clients have a question, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative (CSR) to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards.

The most important characteristics for our CSR’s are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you’ll be the go-to person in the office for questions from your colleagues.

If you are great at:

• Delivering friendly, professional service through phone‑based client interactions
• Communicating clearly and confidently with both clients and internal partners
• Managing multiple tasks and systems with confidence and accuracy
• Staying organized and detail‑focused in a high-volume environment

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000 , which reflects the expected base pay for the position. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
