Job summary

Medcan Health Management Inc. in Markham is seeking a Facilities Attendant to maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic areas, including lounges, offices and examination rooms. This full-time role requires a customer-service mindset and the ability to work 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Saturday, across clinic locations.

You will assist with breakfast and snacks, restock supplies, coordinate with the General Manager, and travel between sites to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills training.

• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of all areas of the clinic.
• Housekeeping opening and closing procedures.
• Setting up and managing breakfast, lunch and snacks in clinic lounges.
• Stocking and inventory for the clinic lounges.
• Maintenance of restrooms and locker rooms.
• Inventory and order placement for daily breakfast, lunch and snacks.
• Review and reporting of maintenance deficiencies.
• Disposal of clinic waste including medical/biohazard waste.
• Travel between multiple clinic locations to deliver materials and supplies.
• All other tasks as assigned by General Manager, Markham.
