Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first.
• Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and community to uncover banking needs and referrals.
• Educate clients and demonstrate digital tools to deliver memorable experiences and drive sales.
• Handle client-initiated transactions and explain options across financial services.
• Listen actively to understand individual needs and tailor guidance accordingly.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
• Collaborate with partners to maximize business referrals and opportunities.
