Job summary

RBC in Fort Frances, Canada, is seeking a Branch Client Advisor to help clients with everyday banking, credit, and investments. You will engage clients in-branch and locally, educate on digital banking, and drive service and sales while collaborating with RBC partners to meet goals.

You will build relationships, resolve issues, and maintain high client satisfaction, working 37.5 hours weekly in a full-time role at a personal & commercial banking platform.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (Canada) required.
• Passion for putting clients first in a target-driven sales environment.
• Strong problem-solving and people skills to build relationships.
• Digital literacy across devices and platforms.
• Availability to work all open business hours.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients in branch and community, uncovering banking needs and referrals.
• Focus on client education and demonstration using technology to drive sales and retention.
• Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.
• Actively listen to understand individual client needs.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
• Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize opportunities and referrals.
