This RBC ambassador helps clients with everyday banking, demonstrates digital tools, onboards new clients, and refers complex opportunities to specialists to build trust and loyalty.

Responsibilities include proactive client engagement in-branch and community, education on technology, handling transactions, and cultivating partnerships to maximize referrals.

Responsabilités
