Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Service Coordinator to coordinate field service calls, inspections, and installs by scheduling labor, coordinating with subcontractors and equipment rentals to meet client requirements in a customer-centric manner.

You will relay details to technicians, manage contracts and service billing awareness, ensure timely invoicing, and foster strong client relationships on site and during travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused service coordination and scheduling
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office products
• Strong English language communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and work within a team
• Awareness of contracts and service billing processes
• Ability to build client relationships and present information clearly
• Familiarity with ticketing/dispatch/Scheduling tools and CRM/ERP systems
• Demonstrated accountability and reliability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform service coordination including daily scheduling for service calls and installations
• Maintain technician schedules and maximize resource utilization
• Relay schedule and service details to technicians
• Understand contracts and ensure work orders are accurate and billed
• Deliver timely responses and post-service reports to customers
• Communicate with clients to define requirements and anticipate needs
• Maintain two-way communication between customers and service team
• Explain service offerings and obtain purchase orders when needed
• Escalate issues to Team Lead or Service Coordinator II
• Represent the company professionally in appearance and conduct
• Perform additional duties as required
