Job summary

Hercules SLR Inc. in Calgary, AB is seeking a meticulous Service Coordinator to organize inspections and repairs, acting as the central point between clients, field technicians, and internal teams. You will plan service calls, optimize scheduling, and manage equipment logistics to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in industrial sales or customer service.
• Legal to work in Canada.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule service calls and inspections, contacting clients ahead of due dates.
• Manage technicians' scheduling calendars to maximize efficiency and coverage.
• Identify new client opportunities and promote Hercules services.
• Coordinate equipment rentals and logistics for installations with clients, technicians, and vendors.
• Maintain equipment records and renewal contracts; ensure continuity for client accounts.
• Follow up on after-sales service and repairs with teams and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to process improvements to raise productivity and customer experience.
