Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and update work orders and service requests prior to scheduling, ensuring information such as customer details, urgency, requested service date, equipment information, scope of work, and expected duration is accurate.
• Schedule and assign field service work to the most appropriate qualified technician based on skills/certifications, availability, location, customer requirements, and material availability.
• Manage and prioritize a backlog of planned and unplanned service activities based on urgency, customer priority, contractual SLAs, technician capacity, and parts availability.
• Maintain forward-looking schedules and plan upcoming service activities to ensure appropriate workforce coverage and resource availability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in field service coordination, service scheduling, dispatch, workforce planning, maintenance planning, or a similar operational role.
• Experience managing work orders, service orders, service calls, maintenance requests, or field service activities.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple service activities based on urgency, customer requirements, SLAs, technician availability, and material availability.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
