Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year of relevant experience in customer service or banking
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and good typing/organization skills

Responsibilities

• Process financial operations such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
• Assess client needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Address client concerns and route exceptions as needed
• Meet business objectives by promoting banking solutions
• Build personal connections and explain banking processes clearly
• Support a positive, diverse, and fair work environment
• Assist the team by informing colleagues about routine activities
• Ensure a high-quality client experience and identify operational improvements
