Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures and TD ethics.
Assess customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures.
Meet goals by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks accurately and on time.
Engage with customers to explain banking products clearly and professionally.
Support a diverse, equitable work environment and contribute to team performance.
Assist teammates by sharing updates and respecting coworkers.
Deliver high-quality customer experiences and suggest process improvements.
