Smithers Toyota is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Service Department. You will be the main link between customers and the service team, communicating needs, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a professional visit from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service skills, are organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Automotive experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their service concerns
• Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates
• Communicate repair recommendations, costs and timelines
• Coordinate work with technicians and the Parts Department
• Obtain customer authorization before additional work is completed
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Review completed work and invoices with customers
• Provide professional follow-up and customer service
