Job summary

Motion is seeking a Client Care Coordinator in Ontario to deliver exceptional customer experiences for clients, their families, and community healthcare partners. You will manage on-site interactions, prioritize requests, and support colleagues in the store and warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

You will coordinate with service technicians and sales consultants to oversee client orders, update databases, and arrange equipment pick-up and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience by welcoming clients, managing on-site inquiries, and prioritizing calls and emails.
• Collaborate with Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to manage client orders and coordinate equipment delivery.
• Follow up on paperwork (rental agreements, quotes, client records) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
