Motion is seeking a compassionate Client Care Coordinator in Whitby, ON. You will deliver an outstanding client experience to clients, their families, and healthcare partners, while supporting our store and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities include managing on-site client interactions, prioritizing calls and emails, and coordinating equipment delivery and service appointments with technicians and sales staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, comfortable navigating databases, and able to learn new software quickly.
• Interest in healthcare and personal mobility device industry.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience by welcoming and assisting clients on-site and handling telephone and email inquiries.
• Collaborate with Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee client order administration and scheduling.
• Update databases, arrange technician appointments, and coordinate pick-up and delivery of equipment.
• Follow up with clients to ensure paperwork (rental agreements, quotes, client records) is complete and accurate.
