Job summary

HearCANADA in Sidney, BC is seeking a Sales & Reception Coordinator (Client Care Coordinator) for a nine-month, full-time on-site contract. You will drive client care, manage appointments, and promote products while supporting billing and records in a busy clinic environment.

We offer an hourly starting rate of $21–$24 CAD, vacation, sick time, training opportunities, and an employee perk program as part of a community-focused team across Canada.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or clinic environments.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to recommend products.
• Customer-centric with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team-player with willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, individualized client experience.
• Manage clinic schedule and follow up on missed appointments.
• Recommend products and payment options to enhance the client journey.
• Maintain physical and electronic records.
• Assist with basic hearing aid maintenance and answer product questions.
• Participate in local events and marketing to support HearCANADA branding.
• Educate patients on billing and AR duties as assigned.
