Job summary

HearCANADA’s North Maple clinic in Maple, Ontario is hiring a Sales & Reception Coordinator to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales of our hearing care products and services. This permanent, full-time onsite role supports the Client Care team and involves scheduling, product recommendations, and payment support.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing or sales roles, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, retail, busy office or clinic environment.
• Strong ability to recommend products and services to clients.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to engage diverse client groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic.
• Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or reminders.
• Make product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journey.
• Support with maintaining physical and electronic records.
• Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and answer product questions.
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding.
• Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned.
