HearCANADA in Winnipeg (Sterling Lyons location) is seeking a Reception & Sales Coordinator to deliver an exceptional client experience, book appointments, and drive sales of our hearing care products and services. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday to Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm local time.
You will manage schedules, assist with AR duties, educate patients on billing options, and participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding across the community.

We are seeking a Reception & Sales Coordinator (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) to join our Client Care team! In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services. This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite at our Winnipeg (Sterling Lyons location) HearCANADA Clinic. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time.
