Job summary

HearCANADA, part of the WS Audiology group, is seeking a Sales & Reception Coordinator for our North Maple clinic. This permanent, full-time role is onsite with hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm local time.

You will provide an exceptional client experience and drive sales of our products and services. Starting hourly pay of $21-$24 plus a bonus program, comprehensive health/dental/vision benefits, RRSP matching, 3 weeks vacation, 7 personal days, and 1 paid volunteer day.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, retail, or clinic setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to manage scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Willingness to participate in local events and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clinic visitors and callers.
• Manage the clinic schedule by booking/rescheduling appointments and sending reminders.
• Offer product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journey.
• Maintain physical and electronic records.
• Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and answer product questions.
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding.
• Explain billing options and perform AR duties as assigned.
