Job summary

HearCANADA in Etobicoke is seeking a Sales & Reception Coordinator (Client Care Coordinator) to deliver an exceptional client experience, drive sales of our products and services, and support clinic administration.

This permanent, full-time onsite role at 31 Rexdale Blvd., 8:30 am–4:30 pm, offers starting pay of $21-$24/hour plus a bonus program, comprehensive benefits from day one, RRSP matching, generous vacation and personal days, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, a busy office or clinic environment.
• Proven ability to interact with customers and drive product/service sales.
• Customer-centric attitude and teamwork in a community-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic.
• Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or reminders; make product and payment recommendations.
• Support with maintaining physical and electronic records.
• Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and answer product questions.
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking.
• Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned.
