We are seeking aSales & Reception Coordinator (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) to join our Client Care team! In this role, you will be responsiblefor administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptionalclientexperience, and driving sales of our products and services.
This is a temporary, full-time position until December 2026 based onsite at our Lethbridge, Alberta HearCANADA Clinic located at 23 Southgate Blvd. S., Unit 50. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time.
Starting hourly compensation of $21-$24/hour + an attractivebonus program

Provide anexceptional and individualized clientexperience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic
Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or with appointment reminders
Making product and payment recommendations to enhance the clientjourney
Support with maintaining physical and electronic records
Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questions
Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local community
Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned
Experience in a customer-facing role - you bring2+ years of experience working insales, retail, a busy office, or a clinic environment and are comfortable interacting with customers
Sales acumen - comfortability inrecommending products and services to clients
Understanding of accounts receivables. Experience an asset.
Customer-centric attitude - you are comfortable interacting with diverse clientgroups and networking within the community to position HearCANADA as the region'snumber one choice for hearing care services
Team-player - you work well with others and appreciate what can be accomplished with support from colleagues
Willingness to participate in some local travel - access to a car and a valid driver's license is strongly preferred as some travel will be expected within the assigned region (mileage paid) for community events and marketing initiatives
