Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Auto Insurance Trainee in British Columbia. You’ll actively sell auto insurance, hit daily targets, and pursue licensing with provided training within 30 days. No prior insurance experience is required, making it an ideal entry point for career growth.

You’ll build relationships with clients and dealership partners, process transactions, and contribute to a high-energy team culture with strong performance incentives.

A Day in the Life

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
• Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $42,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
