Job summary

HUB International in Canada is seeking an Auto Associate to actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role offers full training to obtain the Level 1 General Insurance License within the first 30 days, even if you have no prior insurance experience.

You'll build relationships with clients and dealership partners, promote ICBC and private products, process transactions, and contribute to a high-energy team that values

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Level 1 Insurance License is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet sales targets.
• Process auto insurance transactions: renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations and payments.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add client value.
• Support branch by handling calls, admin tasks and restocking inventory.

A Day in the Life

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
• Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
