Provide exceptional luxury client service by representing the brand in every interaction, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales through elevated in-store experiences and clienteling. This role requires strong communication, entrepreneurial drive, and flexibility to work non-traditional hours at the Oakridge Park location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the branded client experience during every interaction and selling ceremony.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Convert clients through discovery and personalized styling.
• Execute hospitality and store amenity best practices to create memorable moments.
• Act on Net Promoter Score feedback to elevate the client experience.
• Drive business through key product pillars and individual outreach.
