Responsibilities

Proactively engage with clients in-branch and the community to uncover needs and sales opportunities.
Educate clients on digital banking and demonstrate how to use it.
On-board new clients and refer complex opportunities to specialists.
Respond to client inquiries and execute a full range of transactions.
Listen to clients to understand individual needs and provide tailored solutions.
Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize referrals and opportunities.
