RBC Vaughan is hiring a Banking Advisor to help clients with everyday banking, credits, and investments. You will engage in the branch and community, demonstrate digital banking tools, onboard new clients, and refer complex opportunities to specialists to deliver meaningful experiences.

This role requires client-first mindset, flexibility to work extended hours, and fluency in digital devices. You will build relationships with clients and partners, driving satisfaction and loyalty while working

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain during training.
• Passion for putting clients first and success in a target-driven sales environment.
• Strong problem-solving and people skills to build relationships.
• Flexible, eager to learn, strong ethics, and availability to work all open hours.
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
• Availability to work all open business hours.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs and sales opportunities.
• Educate clients and demonstrate digital banking tools to deliver a memorable experience and drive sales.
• Support client transactions and respond to inquiries with a full range of services.
• Listen to clients to understand their needs and proactively resolve issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business referrals.
