Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning and services for assigned buildings, ensuring client standards are met. Reporting to the Account Director, you will supervise cleaning teams, train staff, and enforce health and safety procedures on site.

You will manage timekeeping, respond to client requests, and participate in inventory and preventative maintenance programs. This role emphasizes reliability and a commitment to service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleaning environment and supervising a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to operational changes as required.
• Flexible start and end times; weekend and statutory holiday work may be required.
• Clear criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the buildings.
• Prioritize and respond promptly to client requests.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure performance.
• Assist with site training of new cleaning personnel.
• Train and implement Health & Safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Maintains time keeping records for cleaning personnel.
• Respond to customer requests and ensure follow up.
• Oversee inventory control and daily operations.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, reporting to the Account Director, you will supervise the cleaning and services of assigned buildings to maintain company and customer quality standards.

Your work will include:

• Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the buildings.
• Can prioritize and respond in a timely fashion to all client requests.
• Inspects the work on an ongoing basis to ensure performance is at the expected levels.
• Assists with site training of new cleaning personnel.
