Realstar is seeking a full-time Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings in Canada. This role requires a four-day work week with every other weekend on schedule.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, vacant suites, and exterior spaces, plus reporting hazards. The position emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and customer service, with extensive training and development provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of common areas (lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
• Exterior cleaning duties including maintenance of underground garage, parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops
• Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety to Resident Manager
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
• Perform other duties as assigned

We are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This position is full-time and would require you to work some weekends. A typical schedule would be to work 4 days per week and every other weekend. This offer is for an existing vacant position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner

• General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
• Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
• Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
• Perform other duties as assigned
