Job summary

Realstar is seeking a Cleaner to live and work at a Cornwall, ON property. The role requires on-site residence, a four-day work week with every second weekend, and some on-call evenings.

Base compensation is $43,000 plus a signing bonus and taxable apartment included. Benefits, bonuses, training programs, and career development opportunities are offered within a diverse, supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of common areas (lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms)
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
• Exterior cleaning duties including underground garage, parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops
• Report serious deficiencies about curb appeal, safety or hazards to the Resident Manager
• Work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Perform other duties as assigned

We are currently seeking a Cleaner to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings. This offer is for an existing vacant position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner

• General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
• Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
• Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
• Perform other duties as assigned
