Job summary

Realstar is seeking a Cleaner to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. The role requires on-site residence, four weekdays per week, every second weekend, and some on-call evenings. This vacancy includes a taxable apartment suite as part of the compensation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of common areas (lobbies, elevator, stairs, windows) and amenity areas (laundry, social rooms).
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies.
• Exterior cleaning duties including garage, service rooms, foyers, patios, rooftops and picking up debris.
• Report deficiencies to Resident Manager.
• Must work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Work as part of a team and take direction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking a Cleaner to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings. This offer is for an existing vacant position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner

• General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
• Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
• Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
