Job summary

Realstar is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join a Toronto-based property. This full-time role involves cleaning building common areas, lobbies, elevators, and amenity spaces, with some weekend shifts required.

You will also thoroughly clean vacant suites, tackle exterior maintenance around garages and rooftops, and report safety or curb appeal issues to the Resident Manager. A team-oriented attitude and reliable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience.
• Customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to lift and push heavy objects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team and take direction.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of building common areas and amenity spaces.
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including appliances, walls, windows, kitchens and bathrooms.
• Exterior cleaning duties and maintenance of underground garage, parking levels, service rooms, foyers and rooftops.
• Report safety or curb appeal deficiencies to Resident Manager.
• Work flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Work as part of a team and take direction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This position is full-time and would require you to work some weekends.

Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner

• General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
• Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
• Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
• Perform other duties as assigned
