Job summary

Realstar is a leading residential property management company with a broad Canadian portfolio. We are seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at one of our properties, working four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call evenings. This is an open vacant position.

As part of the on-site team, you will perform cleaning and maintenance, assist with leasing, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents while supporting overall property operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning common areas of residential properties.
• Basic maintenance and repair skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work on-call evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Perform minor maintenance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager Team to live and work at one of our properties. This position would require you to live on-site and work 4 weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call evenings. This is an open vacant position.

Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
