Job summary

Boardwalk in Grande Prairie, Canada is seeking a diligent cleaning professional to maintain cleanliness of building entrances, offices, and common areas. The role emphasizes health and safety of Resident Members, plus occasional suite touch-ups and snow removal. Reliable vehicle and driver’s license are advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas.
• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members.
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups.
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up.
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 2 years cleaning experience required

Technical Requirements:

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:
