Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking a dependable cleaner to join our facilities team in Brampton, Ontario. You will work scheduled shifts from Wednesday to Sunday, cleaning entrances, offices, halls, and common areas to a high standard.

Requirements include at least 2 years of cleaning experience, fluent English, a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. You will help with snow removal, inventory, and basic maintenance, working independently or with others while delivering excellent customer

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Strong time-management and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled shifts Wed-Sun.
• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms and other common areas.
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups.
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up.
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
• Ensure all equipment is working and maintained.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 2 years cleaning experience required

Technical Requirements:

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
• Able to work permanent weekends (Wed-Sun schedule)
