Job summary

Boardwalk in Calgary is seeking a dedicated cleaning associate to maintain healthful, safe common areas across residential buildings. You will clean entrances, elevators, suites, and communal spaces, and ensure inventory and equipment are properly managed.

The role requires 2 years of cleaning experience, fluent English, and the ability to lift up to 90 kg with proper equipment. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are also expected, with the ability to work independently or in a team to

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairs, laundry rooms and other common areas.
• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members.
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups.
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up.
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
• Ensure all equipment is working and maintained.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 2 years cleaning experience required

Technical Requirements:

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:
