Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking an experienced Cleaner to keep our communities clean and sanitized across our Saskatchewan portfolio. You will work independently within a team to maintain entrances, common areas, and vacant suites.

The role requires at least 2 years of cleaning experience, strong customer service, and the ability to spend long periods on your feet. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are assets.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Working knowledge of English (verbal and written).
• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting.

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
