Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking an experienced Cleaner to keep our communities clean and sanitized. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can work independently yet contribute to a team.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, vacant suites, garbage removal, snow removal assistance, and inventory management. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. Applicants should have 2 years of cleaning experience and good English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
