Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Flatbed Truck Driver to transport Techo-Bloc products between our facilities and distribution centers in Pennsylvania, Ontario, and the Midwest. This permanent, full-time role requires navigating USA and Canadian routes with a focus on safety and timely deliveries.

You will operate modern equipment, earn an average of $100K/year, and enjoy predictable routes with opportunities to take additional trips. Training is provided for flatbed handling and cross-border duties.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 driver’s licence is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Class 1 experience or CFTR/CFTC/CFCP certification.
• Cross-border eligibility with a valid passport.
• Functional English and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Transport Techo-Bloc products between facilities and distribution centers in Pennsylvania, Ontario and the Midwest.
• Safely secure and inspect loads on flatbed trailers.
• Complete required transportation documentation and electronic logs.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain your assigned equipment with care.

• Mon-Fri Sleeper Cab (up to 4 nights sleeping out)

• $0.7561/mile(2,700+ miles)
• Monday-Friday schedule |Generally homeevery weekend
• Primarily Pennsylvania -approximately 85-90% of USA routes
• Departures fromSaint-Hubert / Chambly
• Modern Freightliner Cascadia sleeper trucks - assigned to you
• Standard 45' aluminum flatbeds with minimal tarping
• Predictable routes + flexibility to takeadditionaltrips and increase your earnings
• Approximately60 hours/week | Up to 4 nights away

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
