Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years handling litigation claims for Casualty and / or Professional lines of business.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial General Liability (CGL) and Errors and Omissions (E&O) policy wordings.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification.
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation obtained or in progress (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Highly collaborative and excels in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
