This impactful role involves shaping our claims operations narrative and influencing stakeholders.

What can you expect in this role?

  • Craft compelling presentations : Develop impactful external materials such as Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews, Scorecards, and investor relations presentations to showcase our claims performance.
  • Drive strategic insights : Collaborate with claims leadership to define and monitor KPIs that measure initiative success and foster continuous improvement.
  • Uncover hidden opportunities : Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for optimization, translating complex information into actionable insights.
  • Build strong relationships : Engage with diverse stakeholders, adapting communication styles to effectively influence and engage organizational leaders.
  • Be a master storyteller : Translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.

What do you bring to the role?

  • University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in performance management, financial, or strategic roles
  • Proven track record in business analysis and partnering, preferably within insurance or claims
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expertise in data analysis, trend identification, root cause analysis, and translating data into insights
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SQL
  • Collaborative, results-oriented attitude with a passion for driving positive change

Salary Range : $69,000 - $127,000
