Qualifications

  • 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist bevorzugt.
  • Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Auto-/Sachschäden ist bevorzugt.

Responsibilities

  • Bearbeiten aller FNOL-Anrufe für Auto- und Sachschadenkunden.
  • Dokumentieren aller Verlustdetails genau.

Job Description

The Claims Service Representative is responsible for obtaining first notice of loss reports for non-complex auto and property claims. The individual handles customer questions on process, policies, and next steps, and updates claim information.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Handle all FNOL calls for Auto and Property customers
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, making decisions on claims
  3. Provide excellent customer service based on quality standards
  4. Respond with empathy, care, and concern
  5. Document all loss details accurately
  6. Explain claim process and next steps
  7. Arrange inspections and emergency services as needed
Qualifications
  • 1 year customer service experience (preferred)
  • 1 year auto/property claim adjusting (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, multilingual preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes efficiently
