Qualifications

  • 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Kundenservice bevorzugt.
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

  • Bearbeitung aller FNOL-Anrufe für Auto- und Sachschäden.

Job Description

The Claims Service Representative is responsible for obtaining first notice of loss reports for non-complex auto and property claims. The individual handles customer questions on process, policies, and next steps, and updates claim information.

Role Responsibilities
  • Handle all FNOL calls for Auto and Property claims
  • Respond to customer inquiries, making claim decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Respond with empathy and care
  • Document loss details accurately
  • Explain claim processes and next steps
  • Arrange inspections and emergency services as needed
Qualifications
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 1 year auto/property claim adjusting (preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, multilingual abilities a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes efficiently
