Job summary

Specialisterne USA is recruiting for a Claims Client Services Representative to join our Canada/US program. This full-time, hybrid role offers 36 hours per week with location in Mississauga, ON and Calgary, AB (2 days in person).

The target start date is September 2026. You will deliver exceptional client service, respond to insured losses, and guide customers through reporting options, while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Willing to work toward adjuster licenses or CIP.
• Knowledge of client service principles.
• Nice to have post-secondary diploma in Insurance.
• Call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service per claims standards.
• Respond to insured losses; collect details and arrange rentals or tows.
• Counsel clients on reporting options for claims.
• Identify scenarios needing further investigation.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve processes.
