Job summary

Alberta Motor Association is seeking a Claims Care associate for the hybrid Calgary or Edmonton role. You will handle inquiries, intake and manage claims to closure, including rentals, total losses and cash settlements, and processing payments with attention to detail.

You will collaborate with supervisors, demonstrate empathy, and uphold insurance-related processes while pursuing ongoing education in the field. This role offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to claims inquiries, claim intake and management to closure across channels.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
