SGI CANADA in Toronto is seeking a Claims Assistant to join our Auto Claims team at the Toronto West Hybrid office. You will support the claims process, manage information accurately, respond to inquiries, and maintain smooth administrative workflows.

We are looking for a Claims Assistant to join our Auto Claims team in our Toronto Office. In this role, you'll support the claims process, ensure claims information is accurately managed, handle customer inquiries professionally, and keep administrative processes running smoothly. Working closely with other Claims Assistant and Adjusters, you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience and maintain efficient claims operations.
The skills and experience for this role are typically gained through a one-year certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, along with one to two years of experience in an office environment.
