Job summary

BTA Design Services seeks a Senior I/O Chiplet Verification Engineer in Ottawa, Canada. Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on ASIC verification with tape-out ownership or sign-off.
• Strong SystemVerilog and UVM skills with constrained-random stimulus.
• Proven ability to write verification plans, define coverage, debug complex failures.
• Experience verifying high-speed interfaces, complex SoCs, interconnects.
• Hands-on VIP integration, reference modeling, scoreboarding, and assertion-based verification.

Responsibilities

• Build verification plans mapping requirements to test scenarios, platforms, coverage, and sign-off criteria.
• Develop reusable SystemVerilog/UVM environments, sequences, agents, scoreboards, and assertions.
• Integrate vendor VIP and models; verify IP and end-to-end connectivity across interfaces.
• Verify multi-clock and reset behavior, protocol corner cases, and data integrity.
