Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Canada is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to transport children to and from our centres. The role offers a pay range of $19.25 CAD per hour and requires a focus on safety and reliability.

Requirements include a Class 4 driver’s license with a clean record, CPR/First Aid certification, and provincial childcare eligibility. Training is provided for the right candidate; there are no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience driving a school bus.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Class 4 Drivers license with a clear drivers abstract, S Endorsement preferred.
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.

Responsibilities

• Transport children to and from school in the mornings and afternoons.
• Obeying all traffic laws.
• Performing safety inspections of the bus before and after each route.
• Ensuring safety of all children.
• Assisting students with getting on and off the bus if required.
• Other duties as assigned.

What will you be doing?

As a Bus Driver, you will transport children in our care to and from our centres. Responsibilities include:

• Transporting children to and from school in the mornings and afternoons.
• Obeying all traffic laws.
• Performing safety inspections of the bus before and after each route.
• Ensuring safety of all children.
• Assisting students with getting on and off the bus if required.
• Other duties as assigned.
