Job summary

BrightPath Kids is hiring a Bus Driver to transport children to and from our centres in Alberta. This full-time role offers a supportive team, a 40% childcare discount for full-time staff, and comprehensive benefits. No evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities include transporting children, performing safety checks, and ensuring student safety during all trips. Requires Class 4 license and CPR/First Aid, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience driving a school bus preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• CPR/First Aid Certification required
• Experience working with children is an asset

What will you be doing?

As a Bus Driver, you will transport children in our care to and from our centres. Responsibilities include:

• Transporting children to and from school in the mornings and afternoons.
• Obeying all traffic laws.
• Performing safety inspections of the bus before and after each route.
• Ensuring safety of all children.
• Assisting students with getting on and off the bus if required.
• Other duties as assigned.
