Job summary

Aviva Canada is seeking a Vice President to lead Change, Enablement and Organizational Effectiveness for Personal Insurance. This role drives transformation, AI enablement, workforce evolution, and governance across the business, reporting to the Managing Director, Personal Insurance.

The position requires substantial leadership experience, strong strategic and financial acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.
