Job summary

Aviva Canada is seeking a Vice President, Change, Enablement & Operational Effectiveness to lead the transformation of Personal Insurance. Reporting to the Managing Director, Personal Insurance, this role will drive strategic agendas, modernization programs, and future-state capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the Personal Insurance strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Champion AI-enabled transformation opportunities that improve outcomes.
• Partner with Data Science, Technology, HR, Transformation, Underwriting, Pricing and Distribution teams.
• Chair the Personal Insurance Design Authority and ensure alignment across initiatives.
• Develop and implement cross-functional change management processes.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance across change portfolio.
