Job summary

Kibbi is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy for a consumer products business in Canada. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and capital planning while partnering with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth.

The role requires 10+ years in senior financial leadership, CPA (asset), and MBA preferred, with strong cost accounting and supply chain finance expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA designation is a strong asset.
• 10+ years of progressive senior financial leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent).
• Experience within the consumer products industry.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, production costing, and supply chain finance.
• Proven success leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's overall financial strategy, planning, and performance.
• Provide financial insight and recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Drive profitability through margin analysis, cost optimization, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Distribution teams to support business objectives.
• Manage banking relationships, financing activities, and capital planning.
• Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting teams.
• Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and business growth opportunities.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
