You will partner with the CFO, finance, operations and commercial teams to strengthen analytics, forecasting and performance management, including ERP-related implementations and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, product, services or CPG sectors.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and business partnering skills.
• Experience with forecasting, business cases, investment analysis and operational decision support.
• Experience with ERP implementations such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or D365.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• Strong critical thinking with ability to move between detail and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability and business performance analysis, including product, customer, facility and margin analysis.
• Develop KPI dashboards, executive reporting and performance management tools.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, business cases and investment evaluations.
• Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, driver-based forecasting and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Partner with the CFO, Controller, Operations and Commercial teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Support NetSuite ERP implementation, reporting architecture, data governance and ongoing system optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and the overall effectiveness of Finance.
• Support finance modernization and selected strategic and controllership initiatives.

Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A & Business Strategy Our client is a growing organization entering an exciting period of transformation, including finance modernization, continued growth, a NetSuite ERP implementation and potential acquisitions.

We are looking for a senior, highly analytical finance professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, simplifying financial information and turning data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant exposure to the CFO, Finance, Operations and Commercial teams.

The focus goes beyond traditional financial reporting, with an opportunity to help strengthen business performance, profitability analytics, forecasting and finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
